Nutritionist
What is it?
An introductory session lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Where?
Over the phone or at a nutritionist centre.
What’s involved?
Nutritionists believe a simple change in your diet can have a positive effect on your life. You’ll
gain an understanding of how simple changes in diet can have a positive effect on health and
well-being, and may lead to improved physical and cognitive performance. During the session
you’ll also get an assessment of your daily food intake and a review of your current lifestyle.
Personal Trainer
What is it?
An introductory session lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Where?
At your home, your local gym… or wherever you feel most comfortable.
What’s involved?
It’s an introductory session, so you don’t have to be super-fit or a gym bunny to choose this
option. One of our industry-recognised personal trainers will assess your personal fitness and
establish your goals. They’ll also develop a personalised (and realistic!) fitness programme to
help you achieve your objectives and increase both your physical and cognitive strength.
Life Coach
What is it?
An introductory session lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Where?
Over the phone.
What’s involved?
We’re all individuals and we’ve all got different needs in life. Choose to speak with one of
our industry-accredited life coaches and they’ll help you to identify your specific requirements,
and gain an understanding of your potential and how best to achieve your goals. The session
focuses on ‘behaviour modelling’ and ‘goal-setting’ to help you achieve the best possible
result and increase your emotional strength.
